Our high-capacity facility provides precision engineering and bending for thick steel plates, solid round bars, square sections, and complex profiles up to 6m in length.

Service Capability Notice: We specialise strictly in heavy-section steel bending, plate forming, and solid profiles.
Please note that we do not offer light sheet metal fabrication or press brake services.

Unlike conventional rolling services, we utilize specialised bending presses and hot-forming cells to achieve precise angles and custom profiles that rolling methods cannot replicate.

Specialist Industrial Bending & Plate Forming Services

We work with high-capacity manufacturing equipment to deform and form heavy-duty steel profiles to exact engineering tolerances. Our core profile capabilities include:

• Solid Round & Square Bar Bending: Advanced hot and cold forming for solid bar profiles and heavy square sections up to 150mm.

We consider ourselves non-standard specialists and are capable of bending many types of bar and plate sections that may prove difficult to source from conventional section bending providers.
