With 16 presses ranging in size from 5 – 400 Tonnes, we can cater to all of your pressing requirements. Our type of presses includes mechanical, knuckle, crank, and hydraulic presses, some of which utilise computerised linear feeders as well as other automated feeding systems.

This facility is backed up by our own in-house tool room, making us a single source for all your metal forming demands. We can manufacture complete assemblies comprising several pressings, as well as machined parts and forgings.

Unlike the blow of a forging hammer, hot pressing is more of a squeeze than an impact and is delivered by a uniform stroke length. In general, this process delivers a controlled and less severe impact blow.

In addition to our pressing service, punching and blanking up to 22mm thick can be undertaken.
