We have obtained many certifications to meet the thorough demands set by the industry.

At Brooks Forgings Ltd our comprehensive range of manufacturing processes enable us to develop and produce components that are used in dozens of industries worldwide. Some of these industries demand certifications that will guarantee the components supplied meet and exceed the requirements.

Our ongoing improvement program aims to keep us moving forward to achieve the latest certifications, many of which are detailed below.

Component traceability is ensured by individual cast identification supported by all levels of certification. We offer Certificates of Conformity through to BS EN 10204 2.1, 2.2, 3.1 and independent inspection to BS EN 10204 3.2.

Quality plans, first article, and dimensional inspection reports are available upon request.

CE & UKCA Approved
EN 1090 EXC3 & EN 15048

CE marking demonstrates a product’s compliance with applicable EU legislation and its legitimacy to be placed on the market within the European Market.

The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking is a new UK product marking that is used for goods being placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales, and Scotland). It covers most goods that previously required the CE marking.

National Highway Sector Scheme 3 (NHSS3)
Approved

The National Highway Sector Scheme (NHSS) approval is a bespoke quality management system based on, but not duplicating, the ISO 9001 standard. Split into several schemes it is designed to ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards.
We are now fully approved for the manufacture and distribution of Mechanical Fasteners up to M100 in accordance with National Highway Sector Scheme 3.
